Meetings and Workshops

Meetings and workshops have been and will be organized throughout the duration
of the Project, to resolve technical matters such as identification, selection, compilation
and digitization of materials. Here's the brief planned events.

	Week 1 – 4 June	Digitisation	To give feedback to Selection & Compilation Committee on concept paper for bibliography inclusive hardware & software requirements
	Week 1 June – week 4 September	Selection & Compilation	Compilation of Bibliography
	13 – 14 June	Steering Publication Selection & Comp. Digitization	Meeting to decide on layout, marketing strategies etc. - Pontianak
	12 – 13 August	Steering	Signing ceremony of M.O.U. - Kuching
	12 – 13 August	Selection & Compilation	2nd meeting - Kuching.
	27 September UBD to confirm 9-10 October	- Steering - Selection & Compilation - Publication	Proof-read version to be ready by this date after which Publication Committee to produce publication dummy (based on the layout decided during 13-14 June meeting) - Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam

2003	Week 3 January 9/1/2003 (confirmed in Brunei )	- Publication - Steering	Meeting to decide on publication work, promotion of product & launching in conjunction with CONSAL - confirmed Kota Kinabalu (12/8/2002 meeting)
	Week 1 February – week 4 March	Publication	Printing of Bibliography - place of publication (Kota Kinabalu/Kuching) to be decided later based on costing etc.
	3 – 5 May Confirmed 4th –8th may (consal date) (Postphone)	All Committees	Launching of Bibliography in conjunction with CONSAL XII - Bandar Seri Begawan, Negara Brunei Darussalam
