Pustaka Negeri Sarawak has received partial financial assistance in the project from
The Japan Foundation Asia Center Grant Program.
Preliminary discussion took place between a representative of The Japan Foundation
and Pustaka Negeri Sarawak on 19 October 2000 at Pustaka Negeri Sarawak.
Since then, The Japan Foundation has partially funded activities.

During the 3rd Meeting in Pontianak last April, 2002, participating organization
has also agreed to seek various other funding sources.
